Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive our field sales operations across Delhi NCR and North India. This is a first-line leadership role where you will manage a team of Territory Executives and Key Account Managers, ensuring strong execution, doctor engagement, retail growth, and effective channel partnerships. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Gynecology, IVF, Urology, Andrology, and Nutraceuticals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of front-line sales professionals across assigned territories.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets across product portfolios.
- Drive field activities including doctor visits, clinic engagements, chemist coverage, and distributor coordination.
- Implement region-specific strategies to drive business in IVF centers, fertility clinics, and wellness-focused health institutions.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback to marketing and product teams.
- Organize CMEs, doctor programs, and awareness drives with Gynecologists, Urologists, and fertility specialists.
- Ensure team adherence to reporting tools, CRM platforms, and weekly MIS submissions.
- Identify territory potential, expand customer base, and build strong doctor-chemist relationships.
- Coordinate with distribution partners to ensure product availability and smooth supply chain execution.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Nutrition (MBA is a plus).
- 7–12 years of experience in pharma or nutraceutical sales with at least 2–3 years in a first-line manager (FLM/RSM) role.
- Must have strong exposure to working with Gynecologists, IVF Specialists, Urologists, and Andrologists.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering consistent business growth.
- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales data interpretation, and field training.
