Below would be the Job Responsibilities of the desired candidate:
Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring And Controlling Sales & Marketing Activities
Training To The Field Staff
Effectively Conceptualizing And Developing Product Positioning
Primary and secondary sales ensuring consistency in sales
Preparing deliverable and targets for all team members
Driving team members to achievement of targets in line with the activities, focus areas of the
organization
Sales Forecasting at monthly and quarterly level
Managing CFA
Ensuring timely reporting through team in company prescribed formats
Involvement in the competency based recruitment process and coordinate with President, and
HR for the same
Required Candidate profile
Critical attributes / qualities :
Negotiation skills, Co-ordination, leadership, problem solving, result orientation, Analytical ability, Team Building capability, Interpersonal skills, Computer literate
Note: Candidates having Gyne & Ortho division Products experience will be preferred.
Only Pharma Candidate can apply for this Post- Minimum-2-3 Year experience require as 2nd Line Manager /Regional Sales Manager for the same area.
