Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager developing and implementing effective launch plans for new products, creating forecasts for existing products, and monitoring sales achievements. The role will also involve strengthening the distribution network, fostering industry connections, building customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the business while ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and organizational policies.
Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible to ensure effective implementation of the new product launch in line with the marketing strategy. Collaborate with the cross functional teams to guarantee product availability, ensure the team’s scientific knowledge through training sessions.
• You will be responsible to monitor Unnati data to ensure optimal engagement with the right doctors. Track the progress of the new product launch through the launch tracker and regularly reviews.
• You will be responsible to coordinate with Product Management Team and Supply Chain Management for stock management and create a pool of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to act as brand ambassadors.
• You will be responsible to new Product Launch Audit by reviewing sales performance against targets and assess the implementation process through Unnati. Analyze the trim index and provide information for corrective actions.
• You will be responsible for planning & monitoring the sales of existing Products. Analyze IQVIA data for market performance comparisons and prepare comprehensive sales forecasts.
• You will be responsible to supply chain management of special orders and new product launches, analyse tier 2 markets to identify distribution gaps and recommend necessary appointments.
• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines during customer interactions and event planning. Finalize the CME (Continuing Medical Education) calendar and identify influential speakers for cost-effective engagements.
• You will be responsible for Identification of New Opportunities to identify growth initiatives and necessary resources.
• You will be responsible to conduct goal setting and performance appraisals. Coach and mentor team members while identifying training needs. You will participate in recruitment, induction, and retention planning to maximize team performance and growth.
Qualifications
Educational qualification – A graduate in Science with MBA
Minimum work experience- 15 years of managerial experience with at least 3 years in national or Zonal role in a high performance chronic team. Exposure to insulin/ GLP business is an added advantage.
