🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business objectives
✔️ Drive monthly, quarterly & annual regional sales targets
✔️ Lead and mentor Zonal, Regional & Area Sales Managers
✔️ Strengthen manpower planning, recruitment, training & retention
✔️ Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans
✔️ Build a result-driven, high-performance sales culture
✔️ Analyze market trends, competitor activity & pricing strategies
✔️ Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets
✔️ Oversee stockist management, credit control & collections
✔️ Present CRM-driven insights and performance updates to top management
