- Minimum 2-3 years in Pharma Sales with experience in handling a team of Medical Representatives in same Head Quarter.
- Strong leadership, team management and market development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand distribution network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets, team management, and developing doctor & distributor network.
- Making long-term and short-term goals for the business development of the company
- Market review of new products and services.
