Role Overview
The Key Account Manager Critical Care will be responsible for managing institutional business across assigned geographies, with a strong focus on rate contract management, coordination with supply chain, and trade division alignment.
The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contracts and uninterrupted product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee rate contracts with hospitals, institutions, and key accounts across assigned regions.
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability and dispatch of critical care products.
- Work in alignment with the Trade/ Distribution division to ensure effective execution of institutional orders and billing processes.
- Monitor contract timelines,pricing approvals, renewals, and compliance with agreed commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, purchase committees, and key decision-makers.
- Track market movements, competitor pricing, and tender activity; share actionable insights with business teams.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
- Support the regional business team in driving institutional growth and resolving operational issues.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in institutional/ Critical Care pharmaceutical sales
- Hands-on exposure to rate contract handling, tender coordination, and supply chain interface
