Hetero Healthcare Ltd is seeking experienced and motivated Area Business Managers to lead sales operations in the assigned territory. The role involves driving business growth, managing field teams, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales operations in the assigned territory
- Handle business in Hisar, Rohtak, and surrounding areas (Sirsa, Rewari, Bhiwani)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Execute promotional strategies and brand initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Provide timely reports and feedback to management
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream / B.Pharm
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical sales with exposure to the same areas (Hisar, Sirsa, Rohtak, Rewari, Bhiwani)
- Age Limit: Not more than 38 years
