- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Dermatology or Cosmetology.
- Candidates should currently be working as a Senior Area Manager or Regional Business Manager.
- Same HQ experience is mandatory.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Less than 45 years

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales growth and market expansion across the assigned region.
- Coach, mentor, and monitor Area Managers and field teams.
- Build strong relationships with key Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, hospitals, and distributors.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize business performance.
- Monitor regional performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
