Saluscare Pharma is hiring an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth across Salem, Coimbatore, and Madurai. The company offers a best-in-industry CTC for deserving candidates with a strong track record in pharmaceutical sales and team management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, leading and mentoring Medical Representatives, conducting regular joint field work, strengthening relationships with doctors, hospitals, chemists, and distributors, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies across the assigned territory. The role also includes business planning, prescription generation, territory expansion, competitor analysis, stockist management, and ensuring ethical promotional practices.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to motivate teams and consistently deliver business objectives.

Eligibility: Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or any discipline. MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience: Candidates must have more than 3 years of experience as an Assistant Business Manager (ABM) in the pharmaceutical industry.

Location: Salem, Coimbatore & Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
