Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the field sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the Gynaecology & IVF portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with gynecologists, IVF specialists, hospitals, distributors, and key customers.
• Monitor team performance through regular field work and joint calls.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance reviews.
