• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Drive sales growth across the assigned territory.
• Develop strong relationships with doctors, KOLs and key customers.
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
• Conduct regular field visits and joint working with team members.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and territory performance.
• Ensure proper doctor coverage, reporting and sales execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and team handling.
• Gastroenterology and Respiratory therapy exposure preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.
• Candidates with Meerut HQ experience will be preferred.
