Regional Manager – Critical Care & Oncology
Location: Mumbai HQ
Experience: 8–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry
Domain: Critical Care & Oncology
Mandatory: Strong team-handling / team-management experience
Experience in managing regional sales, business targets and key accounts
Strong exposure to Critical Care and/or Oncology products
Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
Experience in managing and developing MR/ABM/first-line sales teams
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
Willingness to travel across the assigned region
Preferred candidate: An experienced pharma professional with 8–10 years of relevant Critical Care/Oncology experience and demonstrated team-handling responsibility.
