Job Role: Installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diagnostic instruments, including hematology and biochemistry analyzers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate and maintain diagnostic instruments.
• Conduct QC, validation and routine performance checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair hematology & biochemistry analyzers.
• Prepare service reports and calibration certificates.
• Provide technical support and customer training.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
