• Team handling / leadership experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in Ortho / Gynac preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve brand and business objectives in the assigned territory.
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team.
• Develop and implement business strategies for brand growth.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs, HCPs and key customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure effective execution, reporting and compliance.
