• Lead marketing strategy and execution for the respective business portfolio.
• Build and scale strong pharmaceutical brands.
• Develop high-performance marketing teams.
• Drive strategic and commercial growth.
• Understand market dynamics and therapeutic segment opportunities.
• Lead brand-building and business-growth initiatives.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in a similar role or one level below in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
• Strong strategic, commercial and execution capabilities.
• Ability to build brands, high-performance teams and businesses from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of the relevant therapeutic segment and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong growth mindset and aspiration to take on larger responsibilities.
