Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in a similar role or one level below in a reputed pharmaceutical company.
• Strong strategic, commercial and execution capabilities.
• Ability to build brands, teams and businesses from the ground up.
• Deep understanding of the relevant therapeutic segment and market dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, people management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong growth mindset with the ability to take on larger responsibilities.
