DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER (ZSM/DSM)

3rd Line Sales Manager

Shashwat Herbal is looking for experienced, result-oriented & dynamic professionals to lead and develop our Ayurveda Business across Multiple HQ’s/States in India.

• ONLY candidates with proven experience in the AYURVEDA INDUSTRY will be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✓ Manage & develop the assigned Zone / Territory
✓ Appoint & manage Distributors / Super Distributors
✓ Develop strong Doctor, Retailer & Stockist Networks
✓ Lead & manage Sales Officers / MR Team / ASM / DM Team
✓ Drive Primary & Secondary Sales
✓ Achieve assigned Sales & Business Targets
✓ Expand Ayurveda OTC & Cosmetics Business
✓ New Market Development & Team Expansion
✓ Ensure effective implementation of company strategies in the assigned zone.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

✓ 4-8 Years of Relevant Ayurveda Sales Experience.
✓ Strong experience in Ethical & OTC Ayurveda Sales.
✓ Ayurveda / Herbal / Ayurveda OTC / Ayurveda Cosmetics experience.
✓ Strong Distributor & Retailer Network.
✓ Proven Team Handling & Business Development experience
✓ Excellent communication, leadership & market-development skills
