Area Sales Manager – Pharma (Ophthalmology)
Delhi NCR & Chandigarh HQ
Division: Eyecare/Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India Pvt. Ltd.
Job Locations: Delhi NCR and Chandigarh- TWO positions
SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL ASM JOB:
- To be responsible for leading and developing an effective team of front-line sales personnel to achieve sales targets.
- To be also responsible for individual revenue Sales & Collection targets.
KEY RESULTS AREA:
- Achievement of Sales Target – Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
- High quality customer calls, number of calls, and customer coverage as per plan
- Develop brands and business with key institution & KOLs.
- Adherence to joint field work
- Team development, coaching and training
- Control on sales processes and SOPs – ensure timely payments of overdues.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: B. Pharm / B.SC
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
