The Vertical Head role will be responsible for therapies of Gastroenterology, Pain Management & Ophthalmology across APAC, Africa, MENA, & LatAm and Middle East as Geographies.
Areas of responsibility:
- Driving the marketing & strategic brand management activities for assigned countries and therapies.
- Accountable for working with team to develop country specific marketing plans to meet short & long term objectives
- Responsible for managing sales forecasts and budget planning (Revenue and Expense)
- Global strategic therapy & brand planning, execution and control
- New product identification & launch
- Cross functional collaboration (sales/purchase/medical/market research)
- Conceptualize & execute differential country specific marketing strategies to gain MS
- Responsible for KOL management & development
- Quarterly review meetings with business head thereby getting detailed business insights across various countries in emerging markets
- Regular cycle meetings in country for which travel will be required
- Lead multi-cultural teams based out of countries and in the HO, India
- Guide & coach team members to ensure high performance& consistent delivery of goals in a matrix structure
