Johnson & Johnson, USA announced plans to separate Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company in USA. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health in India and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health organization at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Reports to (Role): Zonal Business Manager

Job Description Summary

Responsible for achieving pharmaceutical product sales to new and established physician and healthcare accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration.

Job Description

  • Creates a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of multiple physician and healthcare professional accounts in a prescribed territory.
  • Schedules appointments and makes preplanned sales presentations to customers. Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
  • Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions. Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
  • Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
  • Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provides input to sales forecast and submits to management.

Qualifications

Qualification: BSc/B .Pharm

Experience – Min 2 to 4 Years of relevant work experience in a Pharma Company.
