NW Aesthetics is hiring Medical Representatives to promote advanced Aesthetic Dermatology Injectables & Devices to dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and hospitals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to market expansion
- Increase market share by adding new clinics and strengthening existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists through regular visits and effective communication
- Explain products confidently using strong product knowledge and solution-selling approach
- Conduct product presentations, assist in demonstrations, and support training sessions for doctors and clinic staff
- Address doctor queries, handle objections, and support follow-ups to drive closures
- Track competitor activity, market trends, and provide regular field feedback
- Attend CMEs, conferences, workshops, and promotional activities as required
Candidate Profile:
- 1-5 years experience as Medical Representative / Pharma Sales / Medical Devices Sales
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
- Presentable, confident, and willing to work in the field
- Interest in aesthetics and readiness to learn advanced products (training provided)
