• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead and train a team of sales representatives.
• Engage with surgeons and orthopedic dealers.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders & healthcare providers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience in medical device sales, orthopedic implants preferred, especially hip implants.
• Strong leadership & team management kills.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
