Support in sales strategy
Provide Market Feedback to Managers, Marketing Team (P)
Attend induction, CTP Cycle meetings to understand campaigns and other processes
Ensure effective delivery of communication/messages inside the clinicPrepare
Campaign customers list as per the strategy
Sales Management
Prepare SVL of right Drs, STP, MTP, MTCPP, as per policy and send for approval to
ABM.
Prepare list of chemists as per policy.
Identify new Drs and recommend incorporating in SVL.
Achieve assigned targets and prepare and implement POA to bridge gap if any.
Meet SVL Doctors as per approved frequency.
Plan the days work on previous day as per the cycle meeting strategies, Utilize inputs
to convert non supporters and generate prescription.
Actively participate in joint calls.
Sales Management – Supply ChainConduct RCPA and record Rx generation.
Ensure availability of existing and new products.
Initiate process for discount to be provided to Drs and chemists.
Ensure timely collection of dues from the stockist (P).
Ensure liquidation of near expiry products (P).
Stockist management by ensuring sufficient stock as per market demand.
Reporting & Submission
Timely submission of DCR, MTP, Expense statement.
Collect monthly SSS, compile and send to ABM on or before 3rd working day of the
month.
Fill review formats for review meetings within timelines for action plan.
Submission of all documents and details as and when required.
Stakeholder engagement
Ensure attendance of Drs in CMEs/Conference.
Ensure enrolment of Doctors and Chemists in campaigns.
Follow up of all Drs immediately after activities like CME/Conference etc.
