Job Location: WEST DELHI / FARIDABAD / GURGAON / MUMBAI WEST

Division: Eyecare / Ophthalmic Pharma Division of Waypham India
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales target achievements – Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly
- Implementation of all sales and marketing activities assigned by RSM/PMT
- Ensure complete compliance with distribution processes & activities.
- Ensure daily doctors, chemists and distributors call as per the norms fixed by management.
- Daily reporting
- Coordinating & organizing round table meetings and other CRM activities as per plan.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc. / B. Pharma / D. Pharma
- Strong communication skills to converse with doctors in the specialty segment.
- Super-Self motivation, go-getter & can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication Skills are mandatory
- Passionate, task-oriented, with high commitment to values.
