Job description

  • In this role, you will help our organisation for planning and achieving sales targets for our products by Coordinating with Business Support to drive primary and secondary market research and collate competitive data to support development of strategic plans.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead execution of Marketing Strategies to support sales/ product positioning/ messaging objectives
  • Plan and deploy appropriate sales and business models to achieve strategic intent
  • Lead the process of planning sales targets for BU for the year, quarter and month through forecasting sales and revenues
  • Monitor establishment of plans like the Field Coverage Plan, Sales and Prescription Reporting Plans, Sales Incentive Plan etc. and execution of planned marketing strategies and consumer and customer loyalty program.
  • Monitor sales activity through tracking of sales MIS, formulate rolling sales plans to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales and profit targets
  • Develop relationship and engage with KOLs/ key stakeholders/ thought leaders to positively influence their thought process in line with BU and Our companys objectives
  • Drive process automation/ improvement initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness
  • Lead the program management and execution of key strategic initiatives within the BU on an ongoing basis to drive the long-term BU strategy and Our companys objectives
  • Monitor all BU sales and marketing activities to ensure that they are legally and ethically complaint in line with the Local regulations, Our companys policies, Code of Conduct and guiding principles
  • Participate in the recruitment process, allocate targets, track, monitor, review and guide performance, provide developmental feedback, suggest training programs and facilitate the developmental process in order to achieve the BU objectives through a motivated team

To be successful in this role, you will have strong marketing skills as well as business capabilities

  • At least 12 years of experience in sales & marketing especially experience of Cardiovascular metabolic therapy area is preferred.
  • Potential to lead development of strategic plans to achieve sales target.
