Job Overview
GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced Regional Product Manager to drive commercial growth, clinical engagement, and market expansion for its Peri-Operative Care (Anesthesia) portfolio across North India and Nepal.
This customer-facing role involves working closely with anesthesiologists, hospital administrators, biomedical teams, procurement stakeholders, and channel partners to strengthen product adoption and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Market Development
- Drive market penetration and revenue growth for the anesthesia portfolio
- Support customer acquisition and territory expansion strategies
- Partner with sales teams to enhance competitive positioning
- Identify new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare institutions
Customer & Clinical Engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations
- Engage with anesthesiologists, critical care specialists, and KOLs
- Support workflow discussions and customer education initiatives
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders
Product & Business Management
- Support product launches, workshops, CMEs, and conferences
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
- Assist in forecasting, opportunity management, and territory planning
- Ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with service, applications, marketing, and commercial teams
- Support installation and post-sales customer engagement activities
- Share product knowledge and mentor less experienced team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, product management, clinical applications, or commercial operations
- Strong understanding of anesthesia systems and peri-operative care workflows
- Experience working with clinicians, hospital procurement teams, and healthcare institutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India and Nepal
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Anesthesia, Critical Care, OT Workflow, or Peri-Operative Technologies
