Job Description / Responsibilities:-
1. Analyzing the market, competition & conducting market research to identify opportunities, threats & key issues for Acute & Chronic business.
2. Developing marketing strategies & programs to address key issues for Anti cold/ENT/Antibiotics/ Ophthalmic/ Pediatric/ CNS/ Cardio Diabetic Product portfolio.
3. Developing innovative & informative promotional programs for augmenting Field Force detailing efforts.
4. Controlling & monitoring expenses to maximize return on investment.
5. Coordinating across the Field Force and other departments to resolve various product related issues from time to time.
6. Extensive fieldwork to understand the market, evaluate implementation of strategies and monitor key competitor activities.
7. Participating as a team player in the Operating Plan every year.
Education
UG :B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Pharma in Any Specialization
PG :MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Marketing, M.Pharma in Any Specialization
