Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Division: OCTEVIA (Gyne) – Solvate Laboratory
Location: Uttar Pradesh
Coverage Area: Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Varanasi, Allahabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive sales operations across the assigned region
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets
- Lead, motivate, and monitor field force performance
- Develop business growth strategies for Gynecology products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists
- Conduct regular field work and market analysis
- Ensure effective implementation of company strategies and promotional activities
Candidate Requirements:
- Currently working as Regional Sales Manager in Gyne Division
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good market knowledge of Uttar Pradesh territory
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
