Role & responsibilities
- Implement marketing strategies and execute planned activities.
- Achieve sales targets for the zone by guiding the team to effectively cover doctors and the market, while resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure achievement of power brand targets.
- Manage Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overall inventory.
- Monitor nearexpiry stocks and ensure timely liquidation from stockists.
- Build strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular visits and scientific programs.
- Leverage KOL influence to drive prescriptions from other customers.
- Develop and mentor FSO/DSM team members.
- Manage vacancies efficiently and ensure strong team retention.
Preferred candidate profile
Job Requirement :
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 Years experience as 2nd Line Manager of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
- Territory Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Competitor activity, Scientific knowledge, Customer Profile.
- Managing a team of 10-25 members, problem solving skills, negotiation skills to convert difficult customers.
- Flexibility to travel between 5-20 days outside his Headquarter.
