Role Summary:
The National Sales Manager – Acute (Rural) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, managing large teams, and ensuring business growth in rural markets. The role focuses on expanding market reach and improving sales performance across regions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute national sales strategies for rural markets
- Manage and lead large field sales teams
- Allocate budgets and make decisions on investments for doctors and promotions
- Influence product pricing and positioning
- Monitor productivity and performance of field employees
- Plan seminars, conferences, and promotional activities
- Deploy manpower effectively in coordination with business unit head

Requirements:

- B.Pharm or B.Sc. (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
