- Graduate
- Minimum 8-12 years experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 2-5 years in a managerial role in same State.
- Strong leadership, team management and market development skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and expand distribution network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and guide a team of Area / Regional Sales Managers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Review and analysis of implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Achieve zonal sales targets and market growth.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, distributors and stockist.
