Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, train, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives to ensure effective field coverage and customer engagement.
  • Territory Management:
    Develop and execute area sales plans in line with company strategies and goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), institutions, and distributors.
  • Product Promotion:
    Ensure consistent and effective communication of product information to doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis:
    Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain and submit accurate records of sales calls, customer visits, and business outcomes through CRM or reporting tools.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years
  • Skills:
    • Experience in Generic Pharmaceutical Sales
    • B2B Sales
    • Channel Sales
    • Distributor Network
    • Knowledge about the area
