Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) based in Delhi NCR, you will be responsible for managing strategic business relationships and partnerships across retail chains, wellness clinics, premium pharmacies, and modern trade outlets. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth, product penetration, and building long-term relationships aligned with the company’s wellness-driven ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key accounts in the Delhi/NCR region across offline channels: premium retail, wellness stores, and health professionals.
  • Develop account-specific strategies for brand placement, sales targets, and revenue generation.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly targets through structured planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, retail managers, category heads, and health professionals.
  • Lead product trainings and educate partners on the InYouWellness product portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, customer care) to ensure timely delivery and merchandising.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Generate reports on account performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field).
  • 3–7 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the nutraceuticals, gynecology/IVF, infertility, urology, or andrology therapeutic areas.
  • Exposure to handling Gynecologists, IVF Specialists, Urologists, and Andrologists will be highly preferred.
  • Strong track record of meeting with specialty doctors and working with health clinics or pharmacy chains.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for wellness and healthy living.
