Job Description:
Meril Life Sciences is looking for dynamic and experienced District Associate Managers to strengthen our footprint across Tamil Nadu and MP. This role involves direct interaction with doctors and healthcare providers to promote our advanced range of medical devices and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a minimum of 10 doctor visits per day within the assigned district.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, gynecologists, orthopedics, general physicians, and other specialists.
- Promote Meril’s product divisions including Orthopedics, Cardio, Diagnostics, Endo-surgery, Trauma, and Robotic Surgery.
- Meet sales targets, enhance product visibility, and provide customer support.
- Share regular market updates, feedback, and field reports with the internal team.

Candidate Requirements:
- Must be a native/resident of the district they are applying for.
- 5–6 years of stable experience in Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices, Sutures, or Diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills and professional conduct.
- No history of frequent job changes.
- Willing to sign a 5-year employment bond with Meril.
CTC: ₹4–6 LPA (negotiable for exceptional candidates)
