Role & responsibilities

  • Implement marketing strategies and execute planned activities.
  • Achieve sales targets for the zone by guiding the team to effectively cover doctors and the market, while resolving issues proactively.
  • Ensure achievement of power brand targets.
  • Manage Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overall inventory.
  • Monitor nearexpiry stocks and ensure timely liquidation from stockists.
  • Build strong rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through regular visits and scientific programs.
  • Leverage KOL influence to drive prescriptions from other customers.
  • Develop and mentor FSO/DSM team members.
  • Manage vacancies efficiently and ensure strong team retention.

Preferred candidate profile

Job Requirement :

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 Years experience as 2nd Line Manager of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:

  • Territory Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Competitor activity, Scientific knowledge, Customer Profile.
  • Managing a team of 10-25 members, problem solving skills, negotiation skills to convert difficult customers.
  • Flexibility to travel between 5-20 days outside his Headquarter.
