Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Business Executives in the assigned area.
- Achieve area-wise sales targets (primary and secondary) and ensure ROI.
- Coach, guide, and motivate the team for effective product promotion and doctor conversion.
- Conduct joint field work with team members to ensure effective doctor and chemist engagement.
- Monitor daily call reports, territory coverage, and customer interactions.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide feedback for performance improvement.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and doctor group meetings.
- Analyse sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation and compliance with company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Commerce (B.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Com)
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales,
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and doctor network
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Proven track record of target achievement and team development
