We are hiring for INTERNS under Interns-cum-Management Trainee program at CIPLA LIMITED.
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Interns to join us under Interns-cum-Management Trainee program. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to gain handson experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare domain while working with one of the industry’s leading teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Science or Pharma Graduate / Post Graduates freshers / Diploma in Pharma (passed out in 2024/ 2025)
- Final year students can also apply.
Job Specifications:
Fresher or minimum 6 Months of pharmaceutical sales experience in any therapy.
Functional requirements :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and contribute
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Two-wheeler is Mandatory
Role details:
- Achieve the Sales targets for the division against the budgeted plan for the year
- Monitor business details thereby planning the sales achievement
- Maintain the Basic Working standards for daily operations
- Develop and continuously enhance In-clinic Effectiveness for driving better results and increasing prescriptions
- Manage customer relationship for continued engagement of Key support customers
