Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies and promotional plans
- Train and guide field staff to enhance detailing and sales effectiveness
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and CRM activities
- Manage trials, collaborations with veterinary colleges, and policy makers
- Oversee new product launches and pipeline development
- Track sales, assess field performance, and optimize promotional budgets
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical marketing
- B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc graduate
- Strong strategic, analytical, and field management skills
- Experience in product launches and multi-channel promotions
Salary
₹15–18 LPA (Negotiable)
