Job Description

Healing Pharma India is looking for an experienced Zonal Business Manager to lead regional sales operations, manage high-performing teams, and drive business growth across Maharashtra in the Generics segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales operations across the assigned zone.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate field sales teams.
• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and implement business development initiatives.
• Ensure effective execution of company sales and marketing plans.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 10–15 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Expertise in team management and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of the retail pharmaceutical market.
• Only candidates with Generics experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
