Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 8–12 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience, including 4–5 years in a managerial role in the same region
Key Skills: Strong leadership, team management and market development skills with the ability to achieve sales targets and expand the distribution network
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of Area / Regional Sales Managers
Develop and implement sales strategies
Review and analyse implementation of business plans and strategies
Achieve zonal sales targets and drive market growth
Build strong relationships with doctors, distributors and stockists
