Job Description

Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories is hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative for its Vistara Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the company’s products, generating prescriptions, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong doctor and chemist relationships.
• Execute promotional activities and brand campaigns.
• Ensure effective territory coverage and prescription generation.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Submit daily call reports and maintain accurate sales records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Sc., B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or Any Graduate.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Medical Representative in the same HQ (Jhansi).
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets.

CTC: Negotiable
