Job Description

Lupin Limited is hiring Business Executives for its LupinLife OTC Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving OTC product sales, managing retailer and distributor relationships, increasing market penetration, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for OTC products.
• Promote LupinLife brands to retailers, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, stockists, and distributors.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Execute promotional campaigns and BTL activities.
• Submit daily sales reports and maintain territory records.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Only experienced candidates with OTC selling experience in the same area (Etawah).
• Age: Not more than 32 years.
• Good communication and territory management skills.
