Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product and sales training programs.
• Develop scientific and promotional training materials.
• Conduct induction and refresher training for field force.
• Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Keep training content updated with the latest product and therapy information.
• Support skill development initiatives across the organization.
