Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)

Qualification: Science Graduate

Experience: Candidates with experience in Pharmaceutical Sales, Institution Sales, or Hospital Sales will be preferred.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage key hospital and institutional accounts in the assigned territory.
• Promote the company’s specialty product portfolio to healthcare professionals.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and territory planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase product awareness.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the management.
• Maintain regular customer interactions and ensure excellent service support.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Science Graduate.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Institution, or Hospital Sales preferred.
• Maximum age should not exceed 35 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer relationship and business development abilities.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented approach.
