- Lead and manage the assigned sales territory to achieve business targets.
- Promote Critical Care injectable products to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and key accounts.
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective field execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
