Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the assigned Madhya Pradesh territory.
- Achieve sales and prescription targets.
- Lead and guide the Medical Representative team.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Implement company sales and marketing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Candidate Profile:
- Pharmaceutical sales experience with team-handling exposure.
- Ortho segment experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the Madhya Pradesh pharma market.
