Therapy / Doctor Coverage: Physician, Surgeon, Gastroenterologist, Neurologist & other relevant specialists.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete Madhya Pradesh business and sales operations.
• Drive sales growth and achieve state-level business targets.
• Build strong relationships with key doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and implement strategies for the Ortho portfolio.
• Lead, mentor and monitor the sales team.
• Analyse market potential, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Ensure effective product promotion and prescription generation.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong pharmaceutical sales and leadership experience.
• Experience in the Ortho segment preferred.
• Excellent team-handling, communication and market-development skills.
• Strong network among physicians, surgeons, gastroenterologists and neurologists will be an advantage.
