About the Role
Lupin is looking for talented and motivated professionals to join its Cardio & Metabolic Division as Marketing Trainees / Marketing Executives. The role is suited for candidates with a strong scientific background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and communicate the company’s products to healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and other stakeholders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business objectives.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively communicate scientific information.
- Plan and execute field activities in the assigned territory.
- Gather market and competitor insights and share relevant feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.
Eligibility & Hiring Criteria
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm graduate
- Age: Below 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong result orientation
- Good scientific knowledge
- Willingness to work in a field-based marketing role
