Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the National Sales Strategy and Business Plan.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion and product adoption across India.
- Build strong relationships with key hospitals, surgeons, wound care specialists and institutional customers.
- Lead, mentor and develop the national sales team.
- Expand business across government, private and institutional healthcare segments.
- Drive adoption of VacuPort / NPWT and Tissue Regeneration solutions.
- Monitor sales performance, sales pipeline, forecasting and territory productivity.
- Identify emerging markets, new business opportunities and competitive intelligence.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Marketing, Product and Management teams for market development.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and high performance.
- Lead Pan-India business development and strengthen the company’s presence in the advanced wound care market.
Candidate Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Surgical or Wound Care sales.
- Proven experience in National or Zonal Sales Leadership.
- Strong understanding of Advanced Wound Care, NPWT/VAC Therapy, Tissue Regeneration or related segments.
- Proven track record of building sales teams and achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Strong network among hospitals, surgeons, wound care specialists and healthcare institutions.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and business-development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
