Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative (MR).
• Candidates aspiring to move into an ASM role are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide 2 Business Development Executives (BDEs) reporting to each ASM.
• Achieve sales targets based on secondary sales.
